The CONSTITUTION of NEW AMERICA ORIGINAL DRAFT RATIFIED JANUARY 4th, 2006
We the People of NEW AMERICA, in Order to form a more perfect union of Free Peoples,
RE-establish Justice, Insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the
general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain
and establish this Constitution for the Free Republic(s ) of New America.

Article I. - The Legislative Governmental Components
Section 1 - The Legislature
All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in an Adjoining Congress for New America
and this nation's republic(s) which shall consist of elected Representatives that shall only serve as
representatives for no longer than singular terms in office of three years for the explicit purpose
of bringing legislative proposals unto the Executive Body branch of this government to be decided
upon; and either implemented or rejected. All Representatives must appoint a successor in the event
they are unable to fulfill their one and only three year term of office.This appointment must take place
and be on record publicly before any oath of office is given. Areas of a depressed economic stability
shall be able to elect one additional Representative to office to be known as the "Economic Representative"
of which shall serve a full term. ONLY matters of national consequence shall be brought to the
Executive Body for legislature approval consideration.
Section 2 - The Executive Body
The executive branch of government for New America shall consist of 12 members of The Executive Body.
Each will serve a term of six years on a rotating basis whereas two members will relent their positions and
two new members shall be elected to fill the open positions.. Also each elected member shall appoint a
successor in the event that they are unable to fulfill their term of office before taking any oath for this
elected office.
After the onset of the first twelve members appointed by the Defense department or "L.G.N.A." to serve
on the Executive Body; the oldest two members shall relent their posts to open two positions for the
elected body after the first two years of the Executive Body's existence.. Each successive two year period
the two oldest members shall relent two positions until the entire body is elected by the whole of New
America. At this point; the first two members elected shall relent their posts because their six year terms
would have expired, and so forth, so that the "Round Table of Twelve" continues as the elected Executive
Body of the people. The Executive Body shall determine all national issues of civic importance, emergency
war powers shall reside with The Supreme Chief Commander of the L.G.N.A. as far as all defensive measures
. All other war powers proposals shall be originated from the Adjoining Congress for New America. I
n the event of The Supreme Chief Commander of The L.G.N.A. vacates this post or is removed per L.G.N.A.
protocols; a new Supreme Chief Commander shall be appointed by The Executive Body after
testimony given by the several still posted High Command Members of The L.G.N.A Defense Forces.
The Executive Body will set into motion and affect all electoral practices, election times as prescribed in
The New America Constitution herein. The Executive Body will set forth all laws concerning: Judicial
Limits, Judicial procedures and any appeals procedures; Commerce and the qualifications of acceptable
commerce safety regulations, except the taxation laws prescribed herein; Legislative Representative
powers, and local government formulations and limitations, districts, areas, rules and limitations of local
governments; the establishment of a National Emergency Treasury to be built with funds collected
for the PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE; shall create a Just Law Observance Board that will oversee
questionable local laws when local citizens submit them as incoherent; and shall establish the rules and
programs to create an FREE ENERGY SOCIETY with little or no environmental long term concerns
and or ill effects of waste or other anti-earth and or anti-human consequences. Special attention of
the whole of The Executive Body and the whole of The Adjoining Congress of New America should
have and strive towards the priority concerning FREE ENERGY FOR ALL ASPECTS OF THIS
REPUBLIC until it is achieved for all citizenry equally. In addition to these responsibilities;
The Executive Body shall establish a Board of Public Records for statistical and current data records.
This board shall oversee any media outlets or news sources for accuracy stipulations and accurate
reporting of the news elements and occurrences.
The Executive Body shall establish an Executive Overseer that shall appoint Assistant Overseers to
assist the Executive Body in matters of procedure and relative evenly treated efforts for legislature
proposed by the elected Adjoining Congress of Representatives of various established precincts or
areas. The Chief Overseer for The Executive Body will have no vote or input to anything proposed
and before The Executive Body. The Chief Overseer can be removed for no cause upon a proposed
vote of the whole of The Executive Body.
The Executive Body shall delegate a Board of Education to oversee curriculum's and educational
concerns and shall mandate that all students be taught the Values of our Liberty, True History, and
Self- reliance and the principles of self-governing peoples ALSO;The Executive Body may create
some small offices for public benefit and set forth all embodied responsibilities and compensation
levels for a time to be predetermined and or until the situation is resolved unto the citizenry satisfaction
of the original public needed facilitation.
The Executive Body shall always subscribe to the original Bill-of-Rights from the united States of America
as a Motherland heritage of the highest significance. The Executive Body shall always strive to preserve
all relative aspects of these God-Given and Natural Rights for all generations. The very degeneration
of these tools and pillars of Liberty is the cause we have sought out of our heritage even unto the necessities
of secession, war, and the actual compiling of this historic document The Bill-of-Rights as gifts of
God and Natural RIGHTS is the essence of the existence of New America. Let us always remember
the past, to always preserve Liberty into the future.
New America and its Republic(s) shall NEVER submit its sovereignty to any foreign or domestic entity.
New America shall not recognize the devious conceptions of false governing bodies such as: The United
Nations, The World Court, The World Health Organization or ANY other self proclaimed "World",
"International" or "Global" entity. NEVER AGAIN shall the citizenry of New America be placed in the
perils suffered in the past by entanglements beyond our borders which would seek to subvert, destroy,
dismantle, disable our God-given and Natural RIGHTS and the Liberty they produce for a self-reliant,
self-governing, mutually respecting FREE PEOPLE(s). ANY entanglement either through business or
other that: threatens either Liberty of the citizenry of New America or our sovereignty shall be dissolved
by The Executive Body either on a permanent basis or until such policies can be presented to
The Executive Body that provide for complete correction away from these perils.
Article 2 - Taxes and Public Service Compensations
Section 1 - Taxable Goods, Amounts, and Public Service
All tax shall consist of not less than 5% (five percent) of taxable goods in good economic stability
AND not more than 10% (ten percent) of taxable goods in unfavorable economic climates. All tax
shall be evenly divided for uses in DEFENSE, PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE, and PUBLIC HEALTH.
The positions held at the top of these public service positions shall receive twice the compensation
of the mid-grade professional positions. The basic positions shall receive half of the mid-grade
professional wages in compensation. Any person who so chooses any public service field of livelihood
and gainful employment should be commended for their solemn commitment. New America shall strive to
achieve a costless health care system for all citizens and shall strive to maintain the highest of standards in
all three of these areas. THUS: All persons so inclined to serve their nation shall be considered
VOLUNTEERS though somewhat compensated by public funds.
Once a year; The Executive Body may request contributions from the public for special projects and
or programs that serve the public interests and the public's Liberty. These requests for contributions
would be for fully disclosed projects and all contributions would be completely voluntary. All elected
Representatives shall be paid a mid-grade compensation. All elected Executive Body Members shall
be paid at a top-grade compensation. NO member of government shall receive any wages, gifts, or
properties of any sort related to their respected offices of public service. Any suspected of taking
undue compensations, bribes, or unlawful misappropriations of legal funds shall be in danger of the
charge(s) of TREASON.
Tax Overseers shall be appointed be the Executive Body and shall stay in a mid-grade of compensation
for times and terms to be determined by The Executive Body at the time of their appointments along with
the assigning of their specific duties each.. Any appointments can be reviewed and revised or terminated
by the Executive Body as a whole at anytime. The executive Body Members cannot be removed except
by self-resignation, elections, or acts of TREASON unless the whole of the remaining Executive Body finds
significant fault in a member's efforts, or lack of effort, to: service the public and defend New America
in the Liberty purchased by all in our daily living and public pronouncements and commitments to our
mutual benefits. In this event, the pre-named successor would then finish the elected Executive Body
member's term.
The Executive Body will set forth all laws of commerce, except that: the taxable goods Sales Tax shall
not include goods made or grown or services rendered on personal individual levels. ONLY when said
goods and services are offered as commerce to the public at large are they taxable. No other taxes shall
be imposed upon the peoples of New America except in the form of the Sales Tax as prescribed in
this Constitution of New America herein.
Section 2 - Legal Currency
All gold and silver shall forever be used as currency along with the Liberty of all citizenry to be able to
barter fairly as long as the tax is paid with gold, silver, or currency of paper should this be for profit or
livelihood as offered to the general public AND should legislation be passed concerning the paper-currency
issue: this paper currency should be backed with amounts of raw materials or mined and refined materials
to far excel that which is necessary to maintain an EMERGENCY fund(s) in the National Treasury.
This should be considered carefully before any legislation is proposed and sanctified as law; and always
backed with gold, or silver or other precious metals or materials.
Article 3 - Preservation of the Bill-of-Rights
Section 1 - Freedom of Religion
As prescribed by the historic documents of the earliest western civilized colonizers of the North
American continent that proceeded from despotism and tyranny abroad, the Motherland nation
of the united States of America was an originally protestant-Christian dedicated nation. "Freedom
of Religion" therefore as such; shall be enforced in New America as the the public display of worship
of Jesus The Christ alone. This preservation shall not include those who would chose to allegedly
serve "god" through any "secret societies" or "closed to public access" dark questionable-Christian
formats that are punishable by penalty of law.
It is NOT mandatory for one to be a protestant Christian in New America, but no other religion shall
be preserved or protected by the New American Constitution. Neither shall any other religion be
practiced in any public venue. Nor shall any other religion indoctrination materials or forms of persuasion
be allowed. To attempt to do so is TREASON.
Section 2 - Freedom of the Press
As intended by the Founders of the united States of America, the press and now all forms of media shall
work to preserve our Liberties always by exposing corruption and dishonesty. The media outlets to the
public must always strive to be accurate and precise to the best of their abilities. IF at any time it is
discovered that falsehoods and deceptions were published and produced for public consumptions
this must be COMPLETELY rectified and exposed to be FALSE in prompt concise mannerisms. Any
failure to do so, or to print subversive materials or to espouse indoctrinations contrary to the preservation
of Liberty is an act of subversion and therefore TREASON.
Section 3 - Freedom of Speech
Freedom of Speech is an inherent RIGHT to be respected. As the new example of Liberty and Freedom
to other peoples in other lands, we must always allow opposing viewpoints to be heard. It should be a
common perception that this is good. It is only when such subversive speech is contrived to harm our
Liberties or destroy them altogether it becomes TREASON.
Section 4 - The Right to Bear Arms
It is a New American RIGHT to "bear arms" without restriction. It is also a duty of all citizenry to defend
their republic if the need comes before them. The issues as to proper storage of certain explosive materials,
the legalities of the discharge of a firearm, and whether they can be displayed in certain locales or situations
shall be decided by local governments by local legislation.
Section 5 - Quartering of Soldiers
The Spirit of New America is Liberty. It is for this cause that the L.G.N.A. became the defense forces for
New America. The L.G.N.A. is an all VOLUNTEER force. If Liberty always prevails in New America
it will always remain so. Therefore because it is comprised of the citizenry it protects, and because
The Spirit of New America is of such; it should be the open hearts of the people that would open
their homes and habitations for those forces if the need existed. Otherwise there is no just cause to quarter
troops in or on an individual's property. To do so or to order it done, except for impending and
certain battle, is TREASON.
Section 6 - Search and Seizures
Any citizen of New America shall not suffer the effects of "Search and Seizure" and shall be secure in their
personage and property. Like unto the protocols and Standing Orders of The New America Defense
Forces (also called the "L.G.N.A." until the full realization of New America comes to pass) any false
accusations leading to any unfruitful and or illegal Searches or Seizures, or other violations of any citizenry
RIGHTS shall be considered a SERIOUS OFFENSE. All involved (including any and all law
enforcement representatives/officers) shall be dealt the consequences of a SERIOUS criminal charge(s).
Any FALSE ACCUSER shall be punished even more so.
Section 7 - Trial and Punishment, Just Compensation
NO prison facilities shall be in existence in New America. Only temporary facilities such as jails
will be permitted. Punishments of: "Public Shames", "Re-distributional Compensation", "Banishments"
in different increments of time, "Life Banishments", and "Death" shall secure society from human
predators and basic criminals. These methods reduce "repeat offenders", "undue taxation", and create
"true rehabilitation". Torture shall NOT be permitted under any circumstances under penalty of law.
Public Shames: Can range from wearing a sign stating an offense in a public place for a certain time frame,
to being reduced to public service and forced to wear an OFFENDER jacket or jumpsuit stating the
offense in simple format that the offender had been convicted of such as: "THIEF" etc.,.
Re-distributional Compensation: Could be a forced compensation, or confiscated property of an offender
and could be used in conjunction with a "Banishment" sentence.
Banishment: "Incremental" - Shall be for a time of predetermined punishment. The offender shall be escorted
to a location beyond our borders and released fully clothed only. The offender shall be given a writ containing
a proper time to re-enter our borders which shall be presented at the time of re-entry for verification(s). Once
an offender has re-entered into New American society the offender shall be granted RIGHTS previously
suspended during Banishment and completely restored to the citizenry. THERE WILL BE NO "SECOND
CLASS" citizenry in New America. ANY offender caught upon New American soil while banishment is in
affect, faces either longer increments (for short-term banishments), or LIFETIME Banishment (for longer-term
banishments) or in the case of a LIFETIME Banishment any offender being caught within New American
borders shall suffer the pains of death through immediate execution.
Life-Banishment: self explanatory
Death: self explanatory (note: "loved ones" of victims of murders and other capitol offenses can decide for
"banishment" or "death" and be allowed to plead for the offender, to allow a lesser sentence for the offense.
Such matters must be determined into law on a local level.) Death Sentences shall also be determined
in TYPE by a concensus of the victim's loved ones if available. These types shall consist of: pre- assigned
(before any conviction) volunteers to provide public or private "Lethal Injection", "Hanging by rope",
"Firing Squad", or the RIGHT to publicly drown an extremely bound offender in water. NO other types
or forms of execution are to be considered. ALL Death sentences can be reduced to Life-Banishments IF
mercy is pleaded for by the victim's representative(s).
All Jury trials will be held with an odd number of Jurors of either 5, (for minor possible crimes) 7, (for mid-
range possible crimes) and 9, (for all serious crimes). Misdemeanors Shall be punished by; "Shame tactics"
, fines, public service, and retributions. Mid-range crimes shall be punished with all misdemeanor punishments
and or incremental banishments. High crimes (SERIOUS) shall be punished by long-term banishment,
Lifetime banishment, AND the death penalty and any recommendations from the victims or their loved
ones must be considered before sentencing.
Every local government must keep at least 3 local "offender"- representatives for offenders to choose from.
All judges must be elected but do not have to have any formal LAW education. In New America ALL LAWS
must be written in a layman's terms and never in any legal language foreign to the public.All LAWS must be
and have a simple face value with clear intentions presented in a simple format as much as possible; and
subject to the scrutiny of the Just Laws Observance Board. Each community must have a local Office of
Arbitration of which opposing parties in dispute can meet and discuss small matters to avoid a trial. No trial
shall proceed any later than 6 weeks after the accused is jailed or the prisoner will be freed to await trial
in public. After a conviction, ALL appeals must be stated at the same hearing within 3 weeks after which if no
new trial is ordered, sentence shall be carried out.
Section 8 - Civil Matters of Dispute
If the local Office of Arbitration cannot resolve a matter; the Arbitration Board shall request a trial in a
neighboring community from judges until a date can be set to hear the cause. NO contact of any kind shall be
made to that court or its members by any party involved in the cause or peoples that would represent these
same parties under penalty of law. The Civil Trial shall be a final disposition unless at some future date The
Executive Body should decide upon legislature presented to them by the Representative Body of The
Adjoining Representatives that would serve the public interests even further.
Section 9 - Slavery
No citizenry of New America shall own other peoples as slaves, treat others as slaves, nor have legal title to
any people(s) as in ownership of property.
Section 10 - Citizen Rights
All citizens of New America shall have the RIGHTS secured in this Constitution. All citizens of New America
shall have the RIGHT to expect just laws and respectful behavior from their government and each other. No
citizen shall suffer violations of their PRIVACY RIGHTS as long as injury to another either physical or mental
or financial does not occur and public safety and ordinary peaceable public arenas are not disturbed or
disrupted. NO restrictions on alcohol, tobacco, or recreational drugs shall apply as long as the
aforementioned is not violated and is consumed in private save that of sales to the public which would be
taxed and made to be of a safe and true commercial product(s). Local governments may restrict usages of
such things but not to the point of BANNING or prohibiting the uses thereof. God would allow for
FREEWILL to be exercised in New America. The same would apply to pornography and places of
ill repute. NO HOMOSEXUAL ACTIVITY, PEDOPHILIA, ABORTION, EUTHANASIA
SHALL EVER BE CONDONED OR TOLERATED IN NEW AMERICA under penalty of law.
ALL citizens are to respect the "Family-unit" as the cornerstone for civilization and thus all laws shall
reflect the preservation of FAMILIES and their security and tranquility. A "Family" shall be defined as
a wedded Man and Woman and any subsequent offspring or adoptions of children.
Section 11 - PUBLIC SERVICE
Any Public Servant involved in the violation of the Public Trust; shall be punished as prescribed by law,
and as far as Death for TREASON if Justice warrants this dictate.
Final Statement: The ideals of New America have been brought forth to preserve forever the functioning
aspects of The Bill-of-RIGHTS that God had graced our original founders with as true and God Granted
heritage from the Motherland The united States of America. The intentions of this document are to set forth
comprehensive foundation(s) to insure the Liberties of all citizenry of New America, both public and private.
In the end result; our RIGHTS were preserved for us, with THE UNDERSTANDING that; we would do
the same and preserve them for others.
May God always send forth His blessings upon us individually and as the new nation and republic(s) of
NEW AMERICA.

ABRIDGING PRINCIPLES OF THE CONSTITUTION OF NEW AMERICA:
To begin with; the considerations going into this effort were mainly focused upon Lost Liberty,
True Justice, and re-assessment of the public's abilities to recover from today's ills within society,
and belief in the True American Spirit.
Once a people become determined enough; they will cause a change within themselves that will cultivate
a better society for themselves and their offspring. This is the "revelation" that becomes a "Revolution".
Control of these impulses has always been the tools of the selfish, greedy, powerful, and rich. The reason
is; it is what they recognized to be an "edge" or "advantage" on others, and it is how many became
The Powerful and Rich in the first place.
Once these types of people reach certain levels of control, they generally seek allies to help them succeed
in even greater power and riches. Many of these "allies" get betrayed once the have been "used" to
facilitate the desired gains.
Finally; they war amongst themselves for the most control and thereby obtain feelings of "security" and
"impunity" to be some of the most base and vile creatures in existence. These become the larger cousins
to those who only seek power through rape, torture, and murder. They are, in short; "Human Predators".
Truly Free Peoples have no use for such "sub-humans". Indeed, Jesus the Christ and many who came
before and after and those that knew and followed Him personally, paid dearly through deaths that were
ultimately carried out by a government. BUT, NONE of these; who were truly innocent of crime, ever
spoke out against the "Death Penalty" of their day. This is because many of them knew that the Death
Penalty was designed by God to rid society of "Human Predators". It certainly is effective, even if a few
innocent people get caught in the wheels of Justice unfairly. To abolish the Death Penalty is an immature
way of approaching very real enemies of society. It is to repeatedly subject innocent people to the certain
madness of wild beasts.
You will notice in the Constitution of New America that there is not a "prosecutor" mentioned. Also that
Juries have uneven numbers of Jurors. And lastly that "False Accusers" (which would be more
accurately called "DELIBERATE False Accusers") suffer dearly for trying to commit "injustice".
The uneven Jurors is to avoid "hung juries". The fact that prosecutors are not mentioned is because they
are not needed.
In New America, the "Accused" has the RIGHT to face their "Accuser" in court; with all accusations coming
directly from their mouths unless unable to speak. In which case; a Judge could appoint a "spokesperson"
to assist them...(perhaps kin or someone close). The same would be true for the "Accused". Judges would
simply see that both parties got ample and fair time to answer each other (By addressing the Judge or Jury)
over a few different interchanges in court. Perhaps a Judge would ask a few pertinent questions for both to
answer in their turn.
IF a Victim had no one to stand as an "Accuser" (say they were discovered having been murdered but
had not been identified yet...) THEN the police investigator(s) would have to state the case against the
"Accused". Of course, the police in this situation would face no penalty for being wrong...ONLY IF they were
discovered later of being corrupt by acting as "False Accusers". (Perhaps by many innocent " FALSE Accused
Victims" coming forward to warrant a trial against these very same police.)
All in all, court documents should simply say: "BLANK the ACCUSER" vs. "BLANK the ACCUSED" in the
case of " whatever the alleged crime was" instead of the U.S.A.'s versions of "The People of state vs. BLANK
in the matter of "charges brought by state" etc.,.etc.,.where he who has the most influence, power and money
wins because these are some of the very things that lawyers and judges in the U.S.A. seek...
A Judge in New America would also serve another purpose. Once a person was discovered to be guilty
and sentenced; IF a plea(s) were made by the Victim(s) or the Victim's loved ones to show mercy to the
convicted-guilty, a Judge could lower the normal penalty one grade below current sentencing guidelines.
IF a Victim felt that a guilty party was getting away too easy; the Victim could also state "why" they felt this
way and perhaps a Judge would determine even a harsher sentence.
ALL of this would be at the end of an APPEAL HEARING (for serious crimes ONLY) after the cause for
appeal was presented by the guilty and decided upon. This way it would reach the level of "FINAL DECISION".
All with the VICTIM having the "last word".
ALL it would take to be a good Judge (because they would NEVER be able to "throw out" a Jury"s findings etc.,.)
:is to be found an Honest and Fair person with good reasoning skills. This should be enough to guide the court
along to its final conclusion. Giving each a turn to talk, asking a few questions that both parties would have to
answer, and then directing the Jury to deliberate on what they had heard.
In the case of SERIOUS CRIMES ONLY, the same Judge should hear any appeal of the convicted and then
listen to what the Victim had to say. After which the Judge would sentence the guilty according to the
Constitution AND the Victim's wishes. (The" Victim" or "loved ones of the Victim" would have heard the
appeal themselves and perhaps felt empathy towards the convicted for some reason etc.,.BUT, perhaps
they would be enraged all the more so.) Either way, the Victim would have the LAST WORD on the
matter before sentence was carried out.
In New America the idea would be to bring "swift Justice" together with a person's RIGHT to a fast and
speedy trial. These would also free up courts, lesson the burden on people both in taxes for the "prison industry"
(because there are none) and the cost of making judges and lawyers rich. The Constitution for New America also
allows for most power to always be in the hands of The People.
The members of Defense, Health Care, and Government would NOT be getting rich or powerful. These people
would be there to truly serve their nation in ways that they thought they could; BECAUSE THEY TRULY CARE.
It puts a whole new meaning on "citizenship" in the modern age. THAT's the idea. To create the platform to
build a self-reliant, self-controlling/governing/responsible, FREE SOCIETY. ALL: DEDICATED TO EACH
OTHER FOR THE LIBERTY THEY ENJOY.
You'll also notice that things like "The Voting Age" and "Immigration" and are not mentioned. These are issues to
be decided upon by The Executive Body once The Adjoining Congress of Representatives gets going. First,
The Executive Body must come up with some "temporary measures" to get things going like "First Election
Guidelines" and other matters of civic importance. This is another reason that the people willing to stand in
defense for this nation will make fine first members of the The Executive Body. They will be versed as to what
needs to be done and how to go about it, but NOT exactly what to do about it. This shall be for The Executive
Body alone.
There are many protections of the Bill-of-Rights and other civic protections included into the fold of this
new nation's constitution. The main aspects will be to guide us more closely to what the Founders of The
Bill-of-Rights had
envisioned society's final results would be like; for ourselves and families.( IF we seek sound Wisdom and
Justice and stay close to those "basics" as "foundations" in themselves.)
Yes, to be Free we must be diligent about Justice and Wisdom. This includes the education we give to our
children. Charity is an aspect of Wisdom that the Churches will have to compile more abundantly. There
is NO public "Welfare" or "Social Security" in New America. However, "Tithing" as done in the U.S.A. Is
completely UN-Biblical.
Tithing should be done every three years to 10% of ones increase in the third year, IF there was an increase.
"Offerings" are a different matter altogether. This is supposed to come from a person's "heart" AFTER
seeking to see IF God wanted them to give anything or not. ALSO, exactly "how much" that should be.
The incorporated churches of the U.S.A. are apostate and are but businesses. Most don't even have
congregations that obey their constant "Tithing"-begging. It is because so many take advantage of lonely
widows that they stay in business. The widows often leave their estates to these "churches" and they are
sold and the money placed into a treasury for the pay increases and subsequent retirements of the "clergy".
When in fact, the clergy should be the busiest person in the Church. Each day should be spent meeting the
needs of the congregation by seeing what work they could do, or organize, to help various members of the
flock. Instead, they spend an hour or so researching an apostate "Scoffield Reference" sermon, or some
other "spiritually dead" work to talk on the next morning before the church "does lunch". All of course is
assuredly "politically correct" in nature. Instead of "God correct".
In New America, vices will exist. It will take a "Kind but Firm" Church to reach the hearts of people.
Although no special license will be needed to become a "preacher", the congregations will vote on these
matters and report to the Board of Public Records for a Validation Recording of this.
The same will be true for marriages. The valid recording of a "preacher" will make the Marriage complete
and "sanctified before God" . It will certainly NOT be required to be married by any "preacher". I'm sure
local "Records Boards" will have someone there that can verify a Marriage by "whoever".
Again, some local governments may have different laws on such things. We'll see.
We hope one can now more easily detect the Fairness and love of Liberty that went into this foundation.
The Constitution of New America will take many burdens and expenses off of the backs of society.
It will also replace it with a need for self reliance and mutual respect of its citizenry.
It will replace fear of an over intrusive and overwhelming government that is so disconnected from the
people that it is now partaking in ventures of "GLOBAL ASPIRATIONS" leading to "GLOBAL SLAVERY"
and truly replace these feelings of fear with PRIDE in one's self, Nation, and the direction that this new
nation is heading. that is to say: "To the heart of FREEDOM and Prosperity for all who deserve it.
Free ENERGY is NOT a dream. There have been many truly remarkable breakthroughs in this direction.
Unfortunately, most people don't know about them because they have been suppressed by Global/
Corporate/Slave Masters. In New America, these inventors may well get the ears of The Executive Body
. This would be one of those things that they might approach the people about once a year etc.,.
Again, this will not only help to secure New America, but in conjunction to a low tax base and free enterprise,
shall lead the nation into prosperity.
